Domenikiotis Kostas Bass Guitar Instructor Musician Composer from Thessaloniki Private Lessons

I was born in 13th of September 1968 in Thessaloniki (Greece).
My musical studies began in 1984 at the New Conservatory Of Thessaloniki and then moved on to the Contemporary Conservatory under the professor Manolis Sideridis. In 1990 I attended a course of special classes by Giotis Kiourtsoglou. I ve attended seminars of various great musicians such as John Patitucci, Tom Kennedy, Stuart Hamm, Greg Howe. In the April of 1999 I was featured in the pages of the American magazine BASS PLAYER as part of their scouting report. The same year I put together the progressive-fusion trio UTHULL releasing two albums Edit Me (2003) and Ultrasonic (2007) on Steel Gallery Records. At the same time, I formed the technical, melodic metal band STAR.GATE with two albums as well , Star.Gate (2004) and Reborn (2013). Throughout the years I have opened shows in Greece for various influential artists such as Paul Gilbert (MR.BIG), Vinnie Moore (UFO), Jeff Scott Soto, Uli Jon Roth and Eric Martin . I am also the bass player in Kostas Milosis solo band as well as session musician for various groups in Thessaloniki. For the last twenty years I ve been teaching electric bass in various conservatories in Thessaloniki. I give private lessons as well and organize seminars on the electric bass.
